The AddVenture Project^®

Here, the project participants work in two groups which, like two departments, handle different sub-projects but have to cooperate in order to achieve a good overall result.

The stations are spread over a site measuring around 6 km 2. In the strategy phase, participants can look at a map of the whole site. Later, each group only has a map of the section where the other group is operating. The groups need to keep in contact, help one another and fully utilise their joint resources.
