The Campus Project

The project is carried out in a fairly small area in and around the hotel. Accordingly, the team can work together in ever changing constellations. Whilst, for instance, one team builds a spider’s web six other people are working on the traffic jam task. However, only when the third team has completed its task can they all work together to resolve the pipeline task. Interdependencies quickly become clear. Plan changes demand flexibility, inter-team communication and mutual trust.
