For example, the task might be to build boats from roof battens in two locations. Teams are formed, team leaders appointed and off we go! Then right in the middle of the project the team members are swapped round, the material is rationed and finally a part of the team has to return to the hotel by bike and not by boat. Bit by bit, the participants learn to deal naturally with changes.
