Corporate Citizenship

Communication in teams often does not function as it should. It is frequently because the team is working across locations or countries. But on many occasions, it does not even work when team members are separated only by a corridor.

In our Corporate Citizenship programmes, team members realise a social project together. For example, they construct a play area for a kindergarten or renovate the club area in a youth club. This “hands-on” work far removed from the everyday business routine encourages individuals to get to know one another, exchange ideas and bond in the team. And in addition, the company’s image is enhanced – internally and externally.
