Outdoor Challenge

The best way to break through familiar behaviour patterns is to move into unfamiliar territory. In this demanding learning expedition, that happens in the literal sense of the word: we go walking in an untamed area of Germany, Belgium or Spain.

The participants receive a task ahead of the start of the project, and start planning independently on an Internet platform. They determine the route and assign roles for navigation, safety, controlling and materials procurement. During the expedition they are challenged to achieve the phase goals and therefore to achieve the budget.

This training for leadership teams supports the development of entrepreneurial competences, challenges rules of conduct and encourages hidden potentials. The participants deal in a demanding environment with individual and shared action strategies and thus build their system competencies.

Under the name "Expedition Challenge", we also run this project as an offroad expedition in Morocco and Botswana.
