Corporate culture
After intensive discussions and several rounds of decision making, we’ve finally got there. Management has approved new leadership guidelines. Now all you need to do is flip the switch and all employees will automatically be led by those same new guidelines. If only things were that simple!
With our workshops on corporate culture, we offer management personnel and employees an environment where they can get to grips intensively with values and guidelines. Direct experience fosters an understanding of the significance of the new specifications for the everyday business routine.
Let’s take an example. A company has a guiding principle: “We challenge and develop our employees”. In a workshop, management personnel are now assigned the task of leading their employees through an outdoor project. Here, they get to experience at first hand when challenging becomes overchallenge, and developing becomes dictating and imposing decisions. Shared experiences lead to an intensive debate between employees and management personnel.
After key situations, the team reflects together on that particular leadership sequence: which leadership guidelines became visible? Where do participants share an understanding, and where do disparities exist? What development steps are necessary? And what do we need in order for the guidelines to be implemented in the everyday business routine?
