Know-how from 1001 Outdoor projects

Since the start of the 1990s, we have been conducting outdoor training programmes and organising global training and workshops, including cosmonaut training in Russia and an off-road tour round the world. We are familiar with interesting outdoor spaces in more than 50 countries of the world and know about the necessary preparations and permits for training programmes in Germany and abroad.

Our Trainers have many years of experience in profit-orientated and non-profit organisations. They have at their fingertips a broad repertoire of outdoor exercises as well as the methodological skills required to enable training participants to transfer their learnings to their everyday work.

In cases where it serves the training objectives, we leave the participants largely to themselves: in our view, personal responsibility is essential for entrepreneurial thinking and action. Just as self-analysis is fundamental to any personal change. It goes without saying that we always take care of your employees' safety and security.
